Yusen Logistics has today launched a new Vision, Mission and Values as part of our global strategy. This new group management philosophy has directly informed our long-term vision, “TRANSFORM 2025”, and will be shared with our people around the world over the next two months.
1. Our Vision, Mission and Values
As a business, we’re always looking to improve the way we work and the value we deliver for our customers. To help us do that we have defined our Vision, Mission and Values – our Group Management Philosophy that guides everyone who works at Yusen Logistics across the world.
Our Vision, Mission and Values serve as a guideline for all Group activities – including management strategy, business strategy and our Group Code of Conduct.

Our new Vision, Mission and Values explain what we stand for as an organisation. They emphasise our ambition to connect to a more prosperous future by building better relationships and ties across the world with all stakeholders – our customers, colleagues, partners, and society.
2. Long-term vision "TRANSFORM 2025"
To help us achieve our Vision and Mission, we have formulated a long-term vision: "TRANSFORM 2025". This is a shared vision and strategy for the future of Yusen Logistics, comprising four core components: 1.GLOBAL UNITY; 2.INSIGHT FOCUS; 3.SERVICE QUALITY; 4.SUSTAINABLE GROWTH.
