Yusen Logistics Wins First Awards from Indonesian Customs

PT. Yusen Logistics Indonesia recently received the Best TPS (Temporary Bonded Storage for Airport) Entrepreneurs award. The award, given by the Indonesia's Ministry of Finance’s Soekarno-Hatta Customs Office, recognized the company for having the most outstanding bonded storage facilities.

Septian Hadiy, an associate of Yusen Logistics Indonesia, was named the Most Favorite Service User for being a model employee in the field of individual customs duties. This is the first time a Japanese logistics company received both of these newly established awards.

The Best TPS Entrepreneurs award is based on a wide range of criteria, including the error percentage in import and export declarations, the safety management system, accuracy of information provided to customs, IT system structure, and management of bonded storage facilities. Yusen Logistics Indonesia received the award by exceeding the criteria and for being recognized as an excellent enterprise. Criteria for the Most Favorite Service User award were also fulfilled, with Hadiy being polite and communicating with customs smoothly.
