Towards the end of 2017, Yusen Logistics (Europe) BV reached an agreement to acquire Tibbett Logistics SRL, which at that time was a wholly owned subsidiary of the UK-based Keswick Enterprises Group. The name change to Yusen is the next logical development after the acquisition, and the new name is effective as of June 2018.
On June 15th, an opening ceremony was held in Romania to celebrate the name change and official opening of Yusen Logistics (Romania). The re-branding of the new name to the company properties and assets will gradually be completed in due course.
