Yusen Logistics proudly announces that the Kansai International Airport (KIX) operation has been IATA-CEIV Pharma re-certified as of September 2021.

Japan has been part of our GDP network since 2018, when Yusen Logistics was the first Japanese air freight forwarder to be awarded with IATA-CEIV Pharma certification at KIX, followed by Narita International Airport (NRT), where we acquired IATA-CEIV Pharma certificate in March 2021.

With 2 gateway airports in Japan, we have been supporting our healthcare customers in inbound and outbound flows with safer, high-quality pharmaceutical dedicated transportation. This re-certification is definitely a great milestone that strengthens Yusen Logistics’ offering in Japan. To meet customers’ growing expectations, we will continue to expand our capabilities in global supply chain and logistics services.
